The entire project will be operated in the Social Space of SCOSAQ – the NGO under the guidance of the Chief Preceptor in collaboration with respective Governments, forming International Academy for Social Excellence (IASE) being Chief Consultancy Institution linking Local Universities of the respective locality for Academic empowerment and industries for Economic employment and subordinate placements.
